Some pages also include practitioner notes from attorneys with direct experience in that part. These are marked with a small indicator on the page. We add practitioner notes selectively, only where we have firsthand knowledge worth sharing.

- August 5, 2026: Part-rules review across six counties. Added the Richmond County split between 18 Richmond Terrace (Marrone, IAS Parts 3 and 3G) and 26 Central Avenue (Rodriguez, Settlement Conference Part), including the Confidential Settlement Conference Worksheet requirement. Added the Orange County rules of Hon. Kyle C. McGovern, including the adjournment procedure. Rewrote the Queens County Trial Scheduling Part section against the rules the court last updated on November 13, 2025. Added Kings County Part 99 (Montelione) and Part 13 (Barry), including the fact that Part 13 sits at 320 Jay Street rather than 360 Adams Street. Added Suffolk County Part 33 (Whelan), where motions are decided on submission. Confirmed that the Bronx Trial Assignment Part and IA-23 sit in Courtroom 711 with Hon. Joseph Capella presiding and that Pre-Trial Part cases have been referred to the assigned IAS parts.
